Heating Elements

Hotco manufactures a wide array of industrial strength heating elements for both Australian and international markets. The most common type of element are tubular heating elements which are among the most versitile heaters offering a wide range of ratings, sheath materials and forms.

Such elements are contructed using a metal tubular sheath of metal selected to suit application, surrounds a helical coil of nickel-chrome resistance wire, centered and tightly compacted by an electical insulator and heat transfer medium of magnesium oxide (MgO). In addition to heating elements, Hotco also manufactures industrial strength heaters including: cartridge, band, drum, duct, nozzle, strip and immersion heaters. As with elements, both stock and custom designed products are available.
